Dear child, life is not meant to be an endless sea of commitments and activities. When you are so busy and life is so full, there is risk that you will exhaust yourself, fall prey to illness, and allow stress and stain to diminish your vitality.

You are the captain of your ship. You are in control of your life. You are the one who chooses what is right and what is over the top for your time and energy. It is not a wrong thing to say no to an offer or opportunity if it means that your expenditure of energy will not match the reward or satisfaction that comes back to you.

This is an important notion, one that you must learn in order to preserve and strengthen your inner peace. But more than this, you will discover that a very busy schedule can be handled with ease when you take a few moments each day to support yourself with meditation and prayer.

 

By taking time to connect with the Divine Creator, you access energy and the support you need to see you through the day!

Connection with Love is vital in your day. It is every bit as important as fueling your body with food and water! As you connect and offer your prayers for the day, as you ask for that which you need, as you come into the presence of the Holy One, you are nurtured and indeed nourished with Spiritual energy.
